The value of Euro against the USD increased to a level it was 13 months ago as the ECB President Mario Draghi reassured the markets to do all necessary to back up the value of the currency.
The ECB informed the currency markets that the European banks had repaid some 137 billion worth of the currency towards the Emergency Loans they had taken previously.
